A chiropractor may help ease your neck pain by realigning your spine and easing tension in your neck muscles. Spinal manipulation may be effective at treating tension headaches and headaches that originate in your neck.

People with chronic pain are often given prescriptions for opioid pain relievers to help manage their discomfort. However, undergoing chiropractic treatment may lower your need to take these pain relievers.

When it comes to the treatment of either short-term or long-term back pain, chiropractic care has been shown to be a viable alternative to more invasive treatments such as surgery and injections.

People who suffer from chronic low back pain should be encouraged by their doctors to seek out non-medication treatments first before turning to pharmaceuticals for the treatment of their pain, as recommended by the American College of Physicians.

We accept Worker’s Compensation, No-Fault auto insurance and health savings account.  We do not currently accept other insurance plans, but if your plan covers Chiropractic care we are happy to assist you with the documentation for reimbursement. Please do not hesitate to contact our staff with any questions or concerns.

At your visit, you will be asked to fill out our New Patient Intake forms.  Your medical history, concerns, and goals will all be discussed, and a chiropractic medical exam will be performed.  If chiropractic care is the right option for you, we will commence treatment and devise a plan to meet the goals set.

Chiropractic is a branch of alternative medicine that focuses on the relationship between a patient’s nervous system, spine, connective tissues, and joints. Adjustments performed by chiropractors can enhance joint function and provide support for the nervous system, both of which can help patients maintain their health. It is estimated that approximately 50 million people in the United States visit a chiropractor annually.

Some patients choose to be treated only when problems arise, while others opt for more wellness-based care and more regular visits.  Our goal is to assist you when you need us and to give you the tools to help you maintain your lifestyle.

Dr. Steven Loft is a chiropractor who was born in Buffalo and now practices in the communities that are located in and around Western New York. Before continuing his education to become a chiropractor, Dr. Loft worked as a full-time registered nurse, where he honed his medical skills. He then went on to complete his education in chiropractic medicine.

If a patient is experiencing issues with back pain or neck pain, or if they simply want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning, Dr. Loft can use chiropractic care to improve their health and wellness in all aspects of their lives. In the practice of chiropractic, Dr. Loft takes what is known as a “whole person” approach. This means that he does not merely treat the symptoms of disease, discomfort, and pain; rather, he investigates the root causes of these issues in order to find a solution to them.
